Global Industries Completes Acquisition of EcoManufacturing Ltd for $800M

NEW YORK, NY -- Global Industries Inc. (NYSE: GLIN) today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of EcoManufacturing Ltd for $800 million in cash and stock.

The acquisition significantly expands Global Industries' capabilities in sustainable manufacturing and positions the company as a leader in environmentally responsible production.
